The Table du Chef event—organized by the Portage Foundation in collaboration with the team at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac—was held on Tuesday, April 29 and raised more than $10,000.
The renowned hotel’s kitchen welcomed 20 business leaders who took part in preparing an elevated gourmet meal with the Fairmont chefs. We took this opportunity to highlight the outstanding contribution of generous partners who support and believe in the Portage mission.
All proceeds from this friendly gathering will go toward the rehabilitation program for adolescents and young adults at the Saint-Malachie residential centre, as well as the adult day centre in Quebec City.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to Jean-François Vary, General Manager of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, for his warm hospitality and commitment to young people. We also want to thank Culinary Director Frederic Cyr and his brigade for their valuable tips and invaluable collaboration throughout the evening.
