Portage Atlantic is Host to P.E.E.R. SJ – Peers Engaged in Education and Recovery

In August 2018, Portage Atlantic was pleased to host five P.E.E.R. SJ staff members, who met with the Intake Counsellor/Admissions Co-ordinator, attended a morning meeting and had a tour of the facility.

P.E.E.R. SJ a community-based, addiction and mental health service that focuses on a positive future for young adults working with individuals to help them meet their recovery goals such as returning to school, finding employment or an apartment and re-establishing social groups with their peers.
