Huîtres en affaires, the philanthropic culinary event of the year

November 6th, 2024 - The Huîtres en affaires philanthropic culinary event was held yesterday at Complexe Desjardins and once again proved to be a tremendous success this year raising a record net amount of $155,729. Our heartfelt thanks to Guy Nadeau, Vice-President of Desjardins Business - Montreal, for selecting Portage as one of the three organizations to benefit from the proceeds.

This generous contribution is a true beacon of hope for young people at Portage struggling with addiction. Committed to breaking free, they fully engage in a rehabilitation process that empowers them to change their lives.

We would also like to take this opportunity to reiterate our deepest gratitude to Mr. Nadeau for his steadfast commitment to our cause as chairman of Portage’s annual fundraising campaign over the past several years. We also want to extend our thanks to all participants for their generosity.
