Table du Chef Montreal offers exclusive access to a private culinary experience in the heart of the kitchens at Bistro Rosélys – Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth.

Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and his team, guests take part in a haute cuisine culinary workshop, including meal preparation, before sharing the fruits of their labour around an intimate and friendly table.
