Expanding Access for Youth with Substance use Disorder and who may be struggling with Mental Wellness
If your teen is struggling with substance use and possibly mental wellness, you're not alone—and there is help. The Portage Atlantic Moncton Community Care Program was created to offer local, short-term support that’s easy to access and free of judgment. We know that asking for help can be hard, and we’re here to make that first step a little easier.
We offer focused, short-term support designed to help youth and families manage challenges in a safe, welcoming space. During this time, we work together to explore what’s going on and build coping strategies. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and take meaningful steps forward—with guidance and care every step of the way.
We’ve seen how much of a difference early support can make. By offering help sooner, we can give youth a better chance at long-term success. We are here to meet youth where they are at in their journey, with care that’s compassionate, flexible, and focused on real-life needs—because every young person deserves the chance to heal and grow.
