On Tuesday, February 17, we had the pleasure of joining La Table du chef, graciously hosted by the hotel.
A unique culinary experience that brought together 14 influential leaders from the business community at Rosélys restaurant.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Jean-Mark Léon and his brigade, our guests:
- Wore personalized aprons, hand-embroidered with their names
- Prepared a delicious beef tartare
- Enjoyed a gourmet meal
The event took place in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. David Connor, General Manager of the Hotel and Regional Vice-President, Eastern Canada Accor, for his hospitality and steadfast support of our mission.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to all participants for their genuine support of young people fighting every day to regain control of their lives.
