The 25th edition of the Golf and Cycling Tour event was held on Monday, June 5th at the prestigious Laval-sur-le Lac Club and was highly successful, raising a net amount of $130,000. All 140 golfers and 24 cyclists attended this sunny day with much enthusiasm. The evening’s testimony of an adolescent who will soon complete her program at Portage was especially moving. We want to thank the tournament’s Honorary Chair, Mrs. Élaine Morissette, Senior Vice-President, Business and Private Management, National Bank, for her leadership – as well as all the members of the organizing committee who showed much determination in helping us reach our goal.
We would also like to thank the entire team at Laval-sur-le-Lac Club for their warm welcome, as well as the Avelo team for organizing the ride and safely accompanying our cyclists.
