Table du Chef Quebec offers exclusive access to a private culinary experience in the heart of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac kitchens.

This unique experience, reserved for 12 business men and women from the Quebec City region, is designed to promote networking by sharing an exceptional gastronomic experience, while raising funds for the Adolescents and Young Adults program in Saint-Malachie.

Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and his team, guests take part in a haute cuisine culinary workshop, including meal preparation, before sharing the fruits of their labour around an intimate and friendly table.
