Mental health and addiction challenges are affecting a growing number of young people, often leaving families and loved ones feeling overwhelmed by complex situations. In these moments of uncertainty, having access to the right support at the right time can make all the difference.
In an effort to increase accessibility and proximity of services, Portage is proud to collaborate with two dynamic youth centres: Aire Ouverte Kirkland (Quebec) and the Moncton Youth Hub (New Brunswick). These partnerships allow our teams to meet youth and their families directly in their communities.

About Aire Ouverte
At Aire Ouverte Kirkland, a specialized counselor from Portage Lac Écho's adolescent and young adult program is on-site to offer personalized support. Youth and their parents can access a confidential space dedicated to listening and guidance.
Aire Ouverte is an initiative of Quebec’s health and social services network, designed for youth aged 12 to 25. This innovative service offers a welcoming environment where young people can access resources tailored to their needs, thanks to a multidisciplinary team and committed partners like Portage.
Moncton Youth Hub
In New Brunswick, Portage Atlantic is also present at the Moncton Youth Hub, a community space dedicated to youth and their families. Our team provides the same listening, assessment, and support services in a warm and inclusive setting.
The Moncton Youth Hub brings together a variety of services under one roof to meet the diverse needs of youth in the region. By collaborating with partners like Portage, the Hub promotes an integrated and human-centered approach to youth intervention.
