Maintenant qu&rsquo;ils ont l&rsquo;occasion de les reprendre, ils apprennent \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier la vie sans avoir recours aux drogues.<\/p>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s varient d&rsquo;un centre \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, et peuvent inclure :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sports d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe<\/li>\n<li>Musique<\/li>\n<li>Arts<\/li>\n<li>Jardin communautaire<\/li>\n<li>Zooth\u00e9rapie<\/li>\n<li>Club de lecture<\/li>\n<li>Ateliers de cuisine<\/li>\n<li>Plein air : cano\u00eb, baignade, kayak, randonn\u00e9e, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Yoga, arts martiaux, danse, escalade, bicyclette, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Sorties en communaut\u00e9 : mus\u00e9e, camping, vergers, \u00e9v\u00e9nements communautaires, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<p>Une chose que j&rsquo;aime \u00e0 Portage ce sont les activit\u00e9s. Des activit\u00e9s qu&rsquo;on ne ferait pas en consommant, des activit\u00e9s qu&rsquo;on ne connaissait m\u00eame pas.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<h4>&#8211; Eugenia, programme adolescents<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/blogue\/blogue-categorie-temoignages\/\"  target=\"_self\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPlus de t\u00e9moignages\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<h2>SPORTS D&rsquo;\u00c9QUIPE<\/h2>\n\t<p>Dans tous nos programmes, les r\u00e9sidents sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 pratiquer des sports d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 tous les jours avec les membres de leurs communaut\u00e9s th\u00e9rapeutiques. La majorit\u00e9 de nos centres sont dot\u00e9s de plusieurs sites d\u00e9di\u00e9s : volley-ball, basketball, soccer, hockey, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Au sein d&rsquo;une\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/approche-therapeutique\/\">communaut\u00e9 th\u00e9rapeutique<\/a>,<\/u> le sport d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe permet de renforcer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration sociale, le sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance et d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles valeurs. Il permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la communication au sein d&rsquo;un groupe et de tisser des liens relationnels forts.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de la pratique des sports de plein air tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour le mieux-\u00eatre des r\u00e9sidents, une nouvelle salle d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement plus grande a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9e, offrant la possibilit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;adonner \u00e0 des exercices physiques sous la supervision de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducateur physique.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tat de d\u00e9tente connu suite \u00e0 la pratique d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s physiques intenses est d\u00fb \u00e0 la production d&rsquo;endorphines, hormones du plaisir que le cerveau envoie comme message. La mise en place d&rsquo;une programmation sportive structur\u00e9e est un excellent moyen de contrer la d\u00e9tresse psychologique et l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale des tous nos programmes &#8211; adolescents (<a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/programme-adolescents-francais-ouest\/\">Lac \u00c9cho<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/programme-adolescents-francais-est\/\">Saint\u2011Malachie<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/atlantique\/programme-pour-adolescents-et-jeunes-adultes-en-atlantique\/\">Atlantique<\/a>) ainsi que programmes <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/programme-adultes\/\">pour adultes<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/sante-mentale-et-dependance\/\">sant\u00e9 mentale <\/a>&#8211; les r\u00e9sidents ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des salles de musique ou \u00e0 des instruments leur permettant de jouer, d&rsquo;apprendre ou simplement de s&rsquo;exprimer librement. Ces espaces sont pens\u00e9s pour offrir un moment de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de d\u00e9tente et de connexion \u00e0 soi, tout en soutenant le processus de r\u00e9adaptation.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\nNotre centre pour <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/programme-adolescents-francais-ouest\/\">adolescents au Lac \u00c9cho<\/a> est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une salle de musique compl\u00e8te. Gr\u00e2ce aux dons offerts par la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simpleplanfoundation.org\/accueil\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fondation Simple Plan<\/a>, Portage a pu \u00e9quiper le local d&rsquo;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;instruments (guitares, batteries, piano, cha\u00eene st\u00e9r\u00e9o, djemb\u00e9s, etc.), ainsi que d&rsquo;un ordinateur et du mat\u00e9riel d&rsquo;enregistrement accessibles \u00e0 tous les jeunes. Chaque semaine, un professeur offre des cours de musique adapt\u00e9s aux int\u00e9r\u00eats et au rythme de chaque adolescent. Elle facilite l&rsquo;expression de soi et permet aux jeunes comme aux adultes de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lib\u00e9rer des \u00e9motions enfouies;<\/li>\n<li>stimuler l&rsquo;attention et la m\u00e9moire;<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper la coordination et la motricit\u00e9 fine;<\/li>\n<li>renforcer l&rsquo;estime de soi;<\/li>\n<li>partager une passion commune dans un cadre s\u00e9curisant et bienveillant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jouer d&rsquo;un instrument pendant les temps libres est souvent une source importante de r\u00e9confort et un moyen concret de profiter des bienfaits th\u00e9rapeutiques de la musique.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tUn projet cr\u00e9atif porteur de sens\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Dans le cadre de leurs cours de musique, les <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/programme-adolescents-francais-ouest\/\">adolescents du programme de Lac \u00c9cho<\/a> ont compos\u00e9 et enregistr\u00e9 la chanson\u00a0<em>Something New<\/em>, illustrant l&rsquo;impact positif de la th\u00e9rapie sur leur cheminement. Une vid\u00e9o accompagnant la chanson a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lors du Festival du film et de l&rsquo;art \u00e0 impact social (SIFA).<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9alisation a permis de faire rayonner la mission de Portage et a constitu\u00e9 une source de grande fiert\u00e9 pour les jeunes artistes ayant particip\u00e9 au projet.<\/p>\n<p>Portage remercie chaleureusement la Fondation Simple Plan pour son soutien indispensable. d&rsquo;alimentation saine, le jardin communautaire conna\u00eet un succ\u00e8s constant depuis sa cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n<p>Fort de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;exploitation au Lac \u00c9cho, le jardin a \u00e9t\u00e9 agrandi afin d&rsquo;augmenter la production. Les r\u00e9sidents participent \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes : plantation, arrosage et r\u00e9colte des l\u00e9gumes. Cultiv\u00e9s sans pesticides, ces l\u00e9gumes biologiques sont ensuite cuisin\u00e9s dans les centres. Le chef et son \u00e9quipe collaborent au choix des semences et des recettes sant\u00e9, faisant de cette activit\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable projet collectif. Elle permet aux usagers de d\u00e9velopper leur sens des responsabilit\u00e9s tout en adoptant de saines habitudes alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le jardin s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sur toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hiver<\/strong> : recherche, documentation et pr\u00e9paration des semis \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur sur tapis chauffants.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Printemps<\/strong> : pr\u00e9paration du sol et plantation apr\u00e8s les gels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c9t\u00e9<\/strong> : entretien r\u00e9gulier du potager.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automne<\/strong> : r\u00e9colte et valorisation des produits cultiv\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette activit\u00e9 encourage les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 s&rsquo;impliquer dans leur milieu de vie durant leur th\u00e9rapie et les incite \u00e0 poursuivre cette pratique apr\u00e8s leur s\u00e9jour.<\/p>\n<p>Le jardin communautaire s&rsquo;inscrit dans la volont\u00e9 de Portage d&rsquo;adopter des actions concr\u00e8tes vers une transition \u00e9cologique durable. Ce jardin, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e du centre r\u00e9sidentiel, vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un espace de tranquillit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;espoir pour les jeunes, leurs familles et la communaut\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sidents peuvent y participer selon les saisons, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et de donateurs engag\u00e9s.\n\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/ouverture-officielle-du-projet-votre-jardin-communautaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">En savoir plus<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tExpression artistique\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble des centres de r\u00e9adaptation de Portage, les r\u00e9sidents participent \u00e0 des ateliers d&rsquo;arts. La grande majorit\u00e9 de nos sites disposent m\u00eame de salles d&rsquo;arts plastiques d\u00e9di\u00e9es, offrant un espace s\u00e9curisant et exempt de jugement, o\u00f9 les usagers peuvent s&rsquo;exprimer librement \u00e0 travers la cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n<p>Ces ateliers constituent un v\u00e9ritable exutoire, favorisant l&rsquo;expression des \u00e9motions, la d\u00e9couverte de nouvelles aptitudes, la confiance en ses capacit\u00e9s et, par cons\u00e9quent, l&rsquo;estime de soi &#8211; un pilier essentiel du parcours th\u00e9rapeutique \u00e0 Portage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Infographie<\/strong><\/h4>\nAu <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/programme-adolescents-francais-est\/\"><strong>centre de Saint-Malachie<\/strong><\/a>, les adolescents r\u00e9alisent notamment des projets d&rsquo;infographie qui refl\u00e8tent l&rsquo;espoir, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la confiance en l&rsquo;avenir qui \u00e9mergent au fil de leur d\u00e9marche th\u00e9rapeutique. Encadr\u00e9s par une infographiste d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, ils transposent leurs dessins \u00e0 la main sur ordinateur, puis les impriment sur divers supports, comme des chandails, des banderoles et autres pi\u00e8ces visuelles. Ces \u0153uvres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9es au Festival SIFA, en 2022 \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>La participation \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 une source de motivation et de fiert\u00e9 pour les r\u00e9sidentes. Ce nouveau d\u00e9fi leur a permis de canaliser leur \u00e9nergie, de d\u00e9velopper leurs passions, de renforcer leur autonomie et de consolider leurs acquis. Dans l&rsquo;approche Portage, la lecture est un outil essentiel pour soutenir l&rsquo;autonomie, la r\u00e9flexion et l&rsquo;affranchissement durable des d\u00e9pendances. Tous nos centres disposent d&rsquo;ailleurs de biblioth\u00e8ques accessibles aux r\u00e9sidents, favorisant l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de la lecture dans leur quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Le club de lecture propose, sous l&rsquo;\u0153il attentif d&rsquo;un biblioanimateur, une approche ludique et engageante : ateliers de discussion, jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et jeux de r\u00f4les inspir\u00e9s des livres et p\u00e9riodiques mis \u00e0 la disposition des jeunes.
