Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;\u00eatre recommand\u00e9s par un professionnel de la sant\u00e9. Toute personne peut faire une demande d&rsquo;admission.<\/p>\n<p>Un retour d&rsquo;appel est effectu\u00e9 dans les 48 h suivant votre demande pour discuter de vos besoins, de l&rsquo;admissibilit\u00e9 et la motivation de la personne \u00e0 entreprendre une th\u00e9rapie. Une rencontre pourra \u00eatre organis\u00e9e par la suite, selon l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tQuand est-ce que je vais voir ma famille?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Chaque programme est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la personne, et le rythme des visites varie selon son cheminement. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les visites familiales commencent apr\u00e8s trois semaines de th\u00e9rapie et s&rsquo;intensifient progressivement selon l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du r\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tPuis-je continuer l&rsquo;\u00e9cole pendant le traitement ?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Oui. Le programme offre une \u00e9cole sur place. <a href=\"https:\/\/portage.ca\/fr\/quebec\/programme-adolescents-francais-est\/ecole-envol\/\">L&rsquo;\u00e9cole L&rsquo;Envol<\/a>, situ\u00e9e dans notre centre, permet aux jeunes de poursuivre leur parcours scolaire dans un environnement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n<p>La scolarit\u00e9 est obligatoire pour les adolescents. Pour les jeunes adultes de 18 ans et plus, elle est offerte sur une base volontaire. Les cours sont donn\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel et personnalis\u00e9s selon les besoins et les int\u00e9r\u00eats de chacun, avec un accent mis sur l&rsquo;orientation professionnelle.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tDans quelle langue le programme est-il offert?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le programme est offert en fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\u00c0 qui s&rsquo;adresse ce programme?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aux jeunes francophones de 14 \u00e0 21 ans de l&rsquo;est du Qu\u00e9bec, vivant avec des troubles de l&rsquo;usage des substances.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tPourquoi un programme aux 18-21 ans  ? \n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Parce que les jeunes adultes de 18 \u00e0 21 ans ont des besoins particuliers en r\u00e9adaptation, souvent mal couverts par les services existants.<\/p>\n<p>En prolongeant le programme adolescent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 21 ans, nous offrons un accompagnement mieux adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape de vie. Cette initiative r\u00e9pond aussi \u00e0 une demande du r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9, puisque plusieurs jeunes perdent l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux services jeunesse \u00e0 18 ans, alors qu&rsquo;ils ont encore besoin de soutien.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tOffrez-vous du soutien \u00e0 la famille ?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Oui. \u00c0 Portage, nous croyons que l&rsquo;entourage joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le processus de r\u00e9adaptation. Avec l&rsquo;accord du r\u00e9sident (14 ans et plus), nous offrons du soutien aux proches, sous forme de rencontres individuelles et de groupes de partage hebdomadaires.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les jeunes adultes (18-21 ans), le soutien aux parents est particuli\u00e8rement important, car leur implication peut grandement favoriser le cheminement de leur enfant vers l&rsquo;autonomie.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tOffrez-vous un suivi apr\u00e8s le traitement  ?\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Oui. Un suivi postcure est offert pendant environ 18 mois pour accompagner les jeunes adultes dans leur retour \u00e0 la vie active. Il comprend des rencontres individuelles avec un intervenant, ainsi que des groupes de soutien.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos partenariats, nous proposons aussi des solutions en h\u00e9bergement, en r\u00e9insertion socioprofessionnelle et en poursuite des
