On April 19 2023, Portage held “La Table du Chef”, a charity event at the Fairmont Le Ch\u00e2teau Frontenac. The event brought together 16 business personalities and took place in the kitchen of the hotel’s culinary director, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cyr. The participants were invited to get their hands dirty and create a delicious gourmet meal, all in a friendly and interactive atmosphere.<\/p>\n
Thanks to the generosity of Fairmont Le Ch\u00e2teau Frontenac, who sponsored the event, $9,000 was raised and will be used to support Portage’s programs in the Quebec region, specifically in Portage Saint-Malachie and Centre de jour Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\t
