Michelle, Forge team\u2019s president, hosted three free online workouts through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/category\/Gym-Physical-Fitness-Center\/ForgeX-Athletic-Training-102561837940627\/\">Facebook<\/a> for both the ForgeX and Portage communities to participate in. These training sessions, which were dedicated to Bunker House Project\u2019s fundraising initiatives were highly anticipated and well-attended.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many\nElora staff and residents were able to #PlankForPortage and are looking forward\nto joining Michelle in her personal fitness journey, once we make it to the\nother side of the current pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On behalf\nof Portage, thank you to Michelle and to the ForgeX team!
