\"golfThe 24th<\/sup> edition of the Portage Golf Open, <\/em>which was held on June 4th<\/sup> at the Golf de Beauce<\/em> in Sainte-Marie, was an incredible success thanks to the courageous participants that faced a finicky Mother Nature, with temperatures below 10\u00ba, relentless rain and tenacious winds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Despite the weather that resembled more the month of March than June, a total sum of $63,500<\/strong> was raised for Portage\u2019s adolescent residential program in Saint-Malachie, which was presented by the President of the 2018 edition, Richard Legault, President of Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and a member of Portage\u2019s Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Portage is celebrating 45 years of commitment to those suffering from drug addiction problems. Thanks to its drug addiction rehabilitation programs, thousands of men, women, and adolescents annually, regain their hope of a happy and productive life.<\/p>\n

The Portage Foundation would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to their primary partner, Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and its prestigious partners: Bell Canada, Desjardins, Epsylon Concept Inc., Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, Canam Group, IBM, Loran Technologies Inc., WSP Canada and Le Journal de Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n
