The Portage Atlantic Moncton Community Care Program was created to offer local, short-term support\u00a0that&#8217;s easy to access and free of judgment. We know that asking for help can be hard, and we&#8217;re here to make that first step a little easier.<\/p>\n<p>We offer\u00a0focused,\u00a0short-term support designed to help youth and families manage challenges in a safe, welcoming space. During this time, we work together to explore what&#8217;s going on and build coping strategies. It&#8217;s a chance to pause, reflect, and take meaningful steps forward-with guidance and care every step of the way.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve seen how much of a difference early support can make. By offering help sooner, we can give youth a better chance at long-term success.
