A MIRE (Movement for Integration and Retention in Employment) participant from group 91 will be part of a new thirteen-episode Télé-Québec documentary series, which is presently shooting to be aired in 2012.
For the episode entitled, “La vie nous rarive,” Vic Pelletier Productions was looking for a former drug addict who is giving himself a second chance at life and getting back into the job market. The production team will capture his first day at work and all the positive and negative emotions that it will entail. The goal of the series is to create awareness about the concerns, sorrows, and moments of happiness that a former drug addict can experience, as he takes back control of his life. The series will be hosted by Daniel Boucher, a French Canadian singer and musician.
