The Rebuilding Lives Campaign, with the goal of raising $3 million over three years for the Portage centres in the Québec City region, is currently under way. Under the honorary presidency of Mr. Serge Godin, founder of CGI and Executive Chairperson of the Board, and the presidency of Mr. Michel Dallaire, President and CEO of Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust and Mr. Mario Cusson, Executive Vice President of La Capitale Insurance and Financial Services, a team of dedicated volunteers are committed to the success of this campaign.
On March 1st, Portage’s Québec City Campaign Committee members visited to the new Saint Malachie residential centre for adolescents. They were pleased to see the progress of the renovation and construction work, which is transforming the drug rehabilitation centre to be better equipped to serve the increasing demand of young people seeking to rebuild their lives at Portage.
