On November 17, 2017, 11 youth from the Portage Saint-Malachie Centre and two youth with the external care program watched a Quebec Remparts hockey game at the Videotron Centre from a loge seat thanks to the generosity of Mr. Mario Cusson, President of l’Unique General Insurance and member of the Portage Board of Governors.
˝ They absolutely loved their evening out. For many of them, it was their first time in a loge seat and their first visit to the Videotron Centre”, said Cindy Chabot, Director of the Portage Saint-Malachie Centre.
The evening was highlighted by discussions with Mr. Cusson, cheering, a much-appreciated buffet meal and smiles aplenty.
˝We are very grateful to Mr. Cusson for giving us this opportunity. We may never have another evening like this again,” said one of the youth on a heartfelt note.
Portage Saint-Malachie wishes to thank Mr. Cusson for extending this invitation to our youth.
